Meet the Doctor

Dr. Babis Rammos

Babis Rammos, MD, FACS is a double board-certified plastic surgeon and is based in Peoria, Illinois.

Dr. Rammos completed his plastic surgery training at the esteemed Mayo Clinic and then continued on to complete an aesthetic fellowship.

He is the Vice Chair of Research and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery for UICOMP. Newsweek’s magazine named Dr. Rammos as one of America’s Best Plastic Surgeons as voted by his peers amongst other awards.

Dr. Rammos owns and operates Rammos Plastic Surgery & MedSpa which serves patients not only locally and nationally but also internationally. His reputation for quality results as well as patient care has created a practice that continues to grow exponentially.

Dr. Rammos specializes in massive weight loss patients, mommy makeovers, and breast surgeries to name a few. His results have created a large following on social media and has placed him in the top tier of sought after plastic surgeons.

His passion for surgery is only matched by his passion for teaching. Dr. Rammos has authored many chapters on plastic surgery. He has also been invited to speak in some of the most prestigious conferences in the aesthetic plastic surgery community.

Brittany Jones

Practice Manager

Brittany is our practice manager and surgery scheduler. She is highly organized and keeps the clinic running at top notch. She keeps patients informed and Up To Date, as well as keeps Dr. Rammos on his toes with his operating schedule. Her highly professional attitude, kind heart, and cheerful persona matches exactly what we want for our patients. She graduated from Winona State University. In her spare time you will find her on the ballfield where both of her children play competitive baseball and softball.

Kym Calhoun

BSN, RN, CANS, Clinical & Aesthetic Nurse

Kym is our registered nurse here at Rammos Plastic Surgery & MedSpa. She has been with us since March 2021. She is passionate about making every patient feel comfortable and confident in their own skin and loves seeing patient transformations surgically and aesthetically. She is CANS certified and loves helping her patients achieve their aesthetic goals, whether it be filler and Botox or skin resurfacing. She graduated from Methodist College of Nursing in December 2016. She is very organized and always has a smile on her face. She and her husband have two furry kids: their dog, Bella and horse, Calvin.

Cesilia VanAusdall

Surgical Technologist

Cesilia is Dr. Rammos’ private Surgical Technologist here at Rammos Plastic Surgery and Medspa. She graduated from Lanier Technical College in Gainesville, GA. Cesilia assists Dr. Rammos in the operating room. She anticipates the need of the doctor and makes sure that all surgeries run smoothly. Here at the office, she gets all the in-office procedures ready and helps the nurses and Alex anyway she can. She loves getting to know our patients; something that she didn’t get when she worked at the hospital all the time. She thoroughly enjoys caring for our patients and has a passion for helping others. She has the best laugh and smile. She and her husband have two kids and two furry kids.

Alexander Wallace

MedSpa Coordinator

Alex joined our team in 2019 with a passion for beauty and all things aesthetic plastic surgery related, which had made him the perfect fit for Rammos Plastic Surgery & MedSpa. He welcomes our patients as if they were one of his friends whether it’s by phone or entrance. Alex is a natural in making our patients feel great about themselves, he knows how to brighten everyone’s day with his positive personality! Alex has a passion for patient care ensuring everyone feels heard, respected, & that they are taken care of here at Rammos Plastic Surgery & MedSpa. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family & husband, performing as “Frankie”, taking care of their plants, & furry pets.
