Terms and Conditions
The monthly membership fee of $125 will be due immediately for the first month. After that, dues will be automatically charged on the 1st of the month. There is an initial 3-month commitment, after that you may cancel at any time by contacting the office with a 30-day notice. Membership cannot be shared or transferred to any other person at any time. No cash refunds will be given for services not used. Banked membership fees must be used within 3 months of cancellation, or it is forfeited. Member pricing is not valid with any other offers or discounts.
