Cancellation Policy
At Rammos Plastic Surgery & MedSpa, we are committed to providing exceptional care and a seamless experience for every patient. Because many of our appointments require advanced scheduling, provider preparation, and reserved treatment time, we kindly ask for adequate notice should you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointment Changes & Cancellations
- We kindly request a minimum of 24 business hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request.
- Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 business hours notice will incur a $100 nonrefundable cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.
- This policy allows us the opportunity to offer appointment times to other patients waiting to be seen and helps us maintain the highest level of service for all guests.
Longer Treatment Appointments
- Certain procedures and extended treatment appointments may require a deposit or be subject to higher cancellation fees due to the amount of reserved provider time and preparation involved. Any additional policies will be discussed at the time of scheduling.
Late Arrivals
- Patients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment to avoid delays for other scheduled patients. In some cases, the appointment time may need to be shortened.
Credit Card on File
- A valid credit card is required to reserve appointments and may be charged applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.
Emergencies & Unexpected Circumstances
- We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can happen. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of management.
